Another Path

Description: Another Path is best described as a non-linear sandbox game world centered around a core aspiration: earning the respect of your father so that you can inherit his fortune, while being presented with a wide range of opportunities to gain money and influence throughout the fictional city of Denlaw. These opportunities range from making moves in the stock market to coaching a sports team. Alongside these activities, an optional aspect of the game is the ability to develop relationships with various women in the city. After meeting them for the first time, the goal of the player, should they choose to pursue a relationship, is to grow closer to them, help them solve a problem unique to them, and develop the relationship in as natural and mutually beneficial a way as possible. This may even lead to a formal relationship if the player makes the right choices.
